I have spent my career inside the institutions I now consult. Over a decade in senior higher education administration — leading departments, managing budgets, building teams, and navigating the kind of organizational complexity that breaks people who only know theory.

Before that, I wore the uniform. Combat taught me that strategy without execution is just a wish, and execution without alignment is just chaos. Both lessons followed me into institutional leadership and now into every consulting engagement

I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. I am completing a Ph.D. in Bible Exposition, which sharpens the diagnostic and analytical thinking I bring to every organizational assessment. I served on the founding team of Arkansas's first online college. I have won and been nominated for international awards in AI-integrated educational innovation and course design. I am ordained and have served as a pastor.

I do not consult from the outside. I consult from the seat I still occupy. That is the difference.
